 Miso soup is a staple in Japanese cuisine. Japanese enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with miso soup at any time. I think Miso soup is an easy-to-make Japanese home cooking.Since I started living alone, I have had fewer chances to drink miso soup. So I chose this recipe.


This recipe used green onions.But I prefer onions.So I used onions instead of green onions.It was difficult to adjust the amount of miso you put in.I added miso little by little while tasting it.It took me 20 minutes to make this.I think the recipe is very simple and easy to understand.


I think this recipe is four out of five stars.I thought anyone could easily try it because it can be made with materials that are easy to get.Even if you're not good at cooking, this won't fail! It was too normal, so I thought it would be nice if they could introduce me to some more unusual ingredients.

I drank miso soup for the first time in a while through this recipe.That was very delicious.I was happy to be able to make it well.So I'll make it again next week!!
